Description:
I've been using the beta forums with my guild, and ran into an annoying problem. When I click
on a thread that has changed, sometimes it is completely blank and I can't see any items in the thread.

I think I figured out what it takes to reproduce this.

It only happens when the thread is fairly large. I have the items per page pulldown set to 100. The bug occurs when the new items are greater than (20?), and I am being sent to view a page greater than 1 (the p= url parameter is > 1).

But since the view is set to show 100/page, page 2 is "off the end" of the thread, and no items are shown.

It seems like either the forum page needs to know how to compute page numbers better, or you should pass an item index to the thread viewer, and let the thread viewer compute page numbers from the item index + #/page field.

Thank you for the heads up on this one. It is supposed to be showing the correct number of pages for your selected "posts per page". I'll look into why it seems to be calculating it based on 20.

It's all in the reflexes.
Alrighty, I've done some testing and I've been unable to reproduce this issue.

Two questions to help me troubleshoot this:

1) What's your site's address?

2) What's your username on that site?

3) What browser do you use?

Thank you in advance!

After a couple days of experimenting, I've been able to reproduce the issue and fix it. Thank you for reporting it - it shouldn't happen anymore.
