I have selected the option for requiring approval for account creation. I am getting feedback from people that they have problems accessing the site.

What I found is this.
1. They create an account.
2. They recieve the confirmation email.
3. They confirm the account
4. They try to log in and cannot.
5. I get the notification that an account is pending approval and approve.

After this they can log in. The problem is that they are getting the confirmation email before account approval is given. This leads them to believe they can login to the site as soon as they get the confirmation email. Is there any way to change the order on this or possibly put a big bold message like "Your Site Operator will still need to approve your account before you login" at the top of the email so that they know that approval is still required?

Also having an email send when they account is approved would help.

It actually does say something like that when the account is validated. It also should be sending an email when the account does get approved.

I will ask a couple of people and verify that they are getting a second email and have them forward the emails to me.

Here is the validation email. What I am suggesting is if it would be possible to add a statement saying that your account still needs to be authorized.

Here is the Authorization email. Yes this is good but again there isn't aything that tells anyone that they have to wait for this to come before they can log in.
