Just wanted to know if it is possibleto do a couple of things.
1. if you have the chat window minimized thatis flash or something to let you know when someone chats or says something?
2. to be able to chat in the window so only members of a certain rank can see your chat. like the /o option in game. If officers what to be able to chat with other officer and only they see what is said.

At the moment, not currently. There have been plans for a long time to implement different chatrooms in the chat system, but they've not been done yet. Same with some mechanism of alerting that the chat has changed.
