I have been noticing that the sign ups are allowing more players then what has been specified in the approved section. If I want only 1 player in each group, it is not putting the additional players in that group on a waiting list. Whats going on?

If i have only 2 players per class that are open, and both of the slots are full, if an additional player in the class signs up, he will be automatically approved, not put on a waiting list.

I should have been more explicit in my request. What I mean is, could you point me to a specific event that is affected.
