Slight problem with my website... when resolution is lowered below the 1280 x 1024 setting, the border graphics for the main content is excluded to make room for a larger content area. Is it possible for you to change the priorities of the content file to let the border always exist? Or is there something I need to do on my end to have that happen?

Oh sorry man. I'm actually not quite sure what you mean. when Iresize your site, everything looks great to me regardless of resolution.
