Is the CSS Editor what you use to create a website that looks like this:

Unfortunately, the CSS Editor isn't enough to make your site look like the Horizon site. That requires custom HTML as well. That can all be done from the "Advanced Layout Options" section.

For something as custom as the Horizon site, yes.

Does anyone have an example of a site they've customized the CSS without messing with the Advanced Layout Options? (Otherwise, I'll look to show you what can be done with just the CSS changes)

I have done some changes to the css with out messing with the advanced layout options. Still doing some changes though
