Description:
It would be nice when we Waitlist people who signup for a Raid/Event to put a note explaining why.

The reason for this is that we like to do substitutions depending on the boss fight; leaving that information would be very helpful.

We're starting to have problems in our guild with people asking why they were wait-listed for certain events, so this would be a greatly appreciated addition.
