Description:
We have had several of our raiders signing up for raids over the past week, only to have their name disappear from the list later. What would be causing the names to disappear after members sign up?

They would have to retract their signups.

Or the event would have to be deleted and then recreated.

The revamp to the signup process that's coming will address this issue, and display the log of signups, retractions, and approval statuses.
