Was wondering if there is a way to ban an IP or stop an email account from coming back and posting on forums

In the Admin panel, there's a link under the Security section that says "Ban List" where you can ban by IP. You can also disable or delete people's accounts so they can't post on the forums with the "Website Accounts" link in the admin panel.
