If I set my personal time zone to server time (pacific) then I see the times on the calendar for the right time server time. But if I change my personal time zone to my time zone (mountain) it changes the times to an hour earlier instead of an hour later.
Can you help?

You're using a long-outdated time zone configuration that was changed many months ago (maybe a year ago). Head to Admin > Time Zone, and choose the correct time zone there. That should fix the problem. If you're Pacific, set it to America/Los_Angeles.
