I have a guild member who is a Council member (our officer rank) and she is listed as-such on the Armory pull. For some reason when I try to correct her sign-in access under "Edit Account" the drop-down is showing the highest rank as Noble, which is the rank below Council.

I have other people set as Council (myself included). Where am I missing how to make this correction?

No one can ever promote a user to their own rank for security purposes. You would need the highest rank to promote to the second highest rank.
