Currently we do not use dkp in our 10man raids. If its been dl on grss does it consider it to be a decay if people werent in the raid and if so how can i delete those already dl 10 man raids from the grss?

You can clear all raids from the GRSS by typing
/grss reset

It's all in the reflexes.
