Description:
While I LOVE the random gallery thumbnails, would it be possible to have the possibility of a static thumnail image on a per-gallery basis? Either checking for a default of thumb.jpg and if it doesn't exist THEN go to the random pic, or something similar?

Also really really nice would be a NSFW flag. What I'm actually thinking in the above paragraph is a graphic that just says NSFW, that I can pop in as the thumbnail instead of displaying the interior gallery pics, but you may have other suggestions for handling a NSFW flag.
