Description:
It's not remembering my setting for 'Application Questions use BBCode instead of HTML (Recommended)'. I have it set to 'Yes', but then when I submit a test application, it is reverting back to no, and showing the bbcode as plain text if I go back in to submit another application.

Also, is there a way to have a bbcode link open in another window? I want to link to the guild rules, but don't want it to navigate away from the application.

I tried doing it with html, but it shows the actual html in the posted applications on the forum, since the rest of the app uses bbcode and my link is in html.
