We are currently taking and processing applications for our raider core. Once an application is processed and approved or rejected we archive it. Is there a way to mask them so they no longer appear on the first page of the forums? With our roll out just happening, we have pretty much nothing but raider apps on our first page.

In my guild we change the thread tag on archived apps to .. well "Application Archive". If you do something like that you can just turn off that thread tag until they slip onto your second page.

For us, only officers have the permission level to see that thread tag, so for the majority of the guild they have disappeared from the forum and the officers can just turn off that tag's visibility for themselves.
