We have a roster that we manually add people to when they reply to a thread on the website saying they read the guild rules.
Right now, they can click the box on their character edit page and request to be added to that roster. This pops up an admin alert to approve or deny.
Can I make it so they can't request to be added to that roster? Right now we have to deny all of those alerts and remind them that they need to reply to the guild rules thread.
