There is not. I would recommend making a separate thread tag for your gallery comments (if you're not using the default config, that is). That way, you can at least isolate them away if you don't want to see them (either by using Advanced Filter and unselecting the "Gallery Comments" tag, or by not visiting the Gallery Comments thread tag if you use Classic Mode.
