1) Ability to sort by name on mass adjustments screen
2) From either Past Raids or Admin/Raid Attendance a link to allow us to set mass adjustments on these people only

Basically I regularly give bonuses to raid members who show up and are ready on time. Both of these features would help me to do that.

I strongly recommend using a snapsho at the beginning of the raid for that. In the very near future, I'll be adding a "don't count toward raid attendance" checkbox to the attendance tracking.

Won't the snapshot just tell me if they're in the raid at a certain time..not necessarily that they're in the instance (and ready to go) ?

There is zone info attached to their names.
So when we are doing MC I take a on time snapshot
and when I import it I uncheck all the ppl that werent in MC, and they dont get bonus dkp.

I have to say that this has saved my life when addressing individuals who tell me they were there and ready when they request points that weren't awarded.

I can actually send them a screen shot that shows at the moment I typed

LOL, Actually they know now that I take the shot EXACTLY when the clock hits the time stamp and if they aren't there they don't get the bonus! SO, we have a much more ontime group of raiders.

Additionally, the screenshots of the boss kills have also bailed me out when addressing these...
