Is there a way to make the roster upload rank update the website character rank?

Maintaining both is getting tough now that we're growing so fast.

As long as your website Ranks = the Guild Ranks, it will update the Character ranks. But you will still have to go in and update their website account ranks. Website account Ranks are managed seperately from character ranks.

Also if your guildie has multiple characters associated with a website account, and you update the rank, it will ask you if you want to change all the charcter ranks. If you hit Okay, it will, but if you hit cancel, it will only update the character you made the inital change on. Same goes with the website accounts.

We assign alts the rank of "Alt" and members the rank of "member, raider, and initiates"

So you can see I do a lot of managment of the accounts.
