This took me i think 2 weeks to figure out the steps for you to reproduce this.

Remember when I asked about changing names?

Bug:
Change name on personal dkp site (leave name on main dkpsystem.com)
Open two browser windows
Log into main site
Log into personal site
Hit refresh on main site
Hit refresh on personal site

Result: You're signed off of personal site
