Hmm. The only thing I can think of is if the Stats server isn't updating for your site. My site seems to show old threads as popular.

Sorry, the popular threads script wasn't running. When moving it to the other server I messed up the configuration, but it's all straight now. Give it a few minutes and your popular threads should update.
