After I type /grss whatever, then /console reloadui and then go try to upload a raid, it shows no snapshots in the file. I am using Vista, could this be the issue? Is there a way to fix it if this is the issue?

Six Demon BagRefresh This Item
Jack Burton: Hey, what more can a guy ask for?
Egg Shen: Oh, a six-demon bag!
Jack Burton: Terrific, a six-demon bag. Sensational. What's in it, Egg?
Egg Shen: Wind, fire, all that kind of thing!

I just grouped with a couple of my alts, trying to test it out. So group is small lol. Thank you for looking into it.
Vista, for some users, is retarded in this regard.

In your case, it's putting the REAL data file into a hidden folder on the Hard Drive.

It'll be something like c Users\Username\AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\AccountName\SavedVariables\GuildRaidSnapShot.lua

Unfortunately, at this time, I don't know a way of disabling that as it seems to be something Windows does in the background.

Hmm...interesting. So, can I just locate the file in the 'hidden folder' and upload it? Is it possible to see the hidden folder?

You'll want to set hidden folders to show. On your computer, head to Start > Control Panel > Folder Options, and on the middle tab, check the radio button for "Show hidden and system files and folders"
Then Click OK.

Then you should be able to see that folder.
