Ok what'd I do now? We are setting up my page to use as our new guild page, and we went to change the subdomain to reflect the new guild. It worked and we can see the page at defiant.dkpsystem.com, but it comes up as just a huge block of text.

Hmm check your layout.html file. Make sure that every place you refer to CSS or an image it points the correct URL. Not sure is that is the problem but a place to start.

Taking a closer look it appears that you might have uploaded your CSS file to your layout.html
I don't see much actual HTML code on your site if I do a view source. I see a ton of CSS. Try uploading your layout file again if you can get to the page. Other wise you might want to have Chops load it or reset the layout for you.

The problem is I can't access anything - I can't even get to the log in on my site - all I did was change the subdomain on the site and now I get that block of text and no access to anything else
