I cannot deny or accept apps on the site anymore. Do we need to accept their character and account first before denying/accepting them into the guild?

I have the same problem - however some apps can get approved or rejected!

I recently changed our website, so that new accounts needs to be validated.

Does this have an influence on this matter ?

If you head to Admin > Apps, do those applications still show on that list? If not, then that means that that application's reference was deleted, and the thread remains only as a relic.

It's all in the reflexes.
Currently no new apps can be approved or rejected.
It does not matter if they show up in the apps section or not.
For some reason in the past it always showed until someone accepted or denied an app.
Now to make it more interesting.....when I click on the unnotified part it shows no apps. Yet when I look at some apps some were accepted others show denied others show nothing. But it also shows them as unnotified. Does this have something to do with ok'ing an account to the site first? Some people we allow to see certain parts of the site but are not in the guild.

The ones that were accepted and denied when I click on the app it says accepted or denied, the others show nothing (because I did not do anything).

By the way keep up the great work. Our guild just grew quite a bit and we get a lot of compliments about use and content. Thanks for making it really easy.

Thanks man, I'm glad your guys are liking the site.

I found the problem and it should be fixed.

Oh, one suggestion for you on your forums. I see you've made subforums for the different classes, but right now, it looks weird. The reason for this is that you have the "Thread Tag" and the "Category" flipped for the Class Thread Tags. If you head to Admin > Forum > Thread Tags, try flipping the terms "Rogue" and "Classes" on the rogue one, and you'll see what I mean. Then do that for all the classes.

Just a tip for making it a little clearer for your members.
