i registered this at godaddy so how i set it up so it pulls up my dkp site

In your domain configuration on godaddy, you'll want to head to click "Total DNS Control and MX records." From there, you'll see the "A (Host) Records" section. Edit the record labeled "@" and set the IP to 208.100.30.200

Then, on your site, head to Admin > General Settings > Full Domain Name, and enter the domain name you purchased (without the www).

ok i entered the ip address you listed but for the spot that has a @ sign in it do i enter <http://potissimusoptimus.dkpsystem.com> or do i enter my registered domain?

You leave it as @ and enter the IP address in the other field.
