Go ahead and try it now. It should be working for you. The problem was that the "Guild Name" when you went to Admin > Rosters, was set to "Eclipse Guide - Cairne Realm" but the guild name itself in the Armory is just "Eclipse". Because the armory does a direct comparison, it didn't find any guild with a matching name.
I went ahead and tweaked your roster to just read "Eclipse" and tested the Armory importer and it worked. So go ahead and give it a shot.

If you head to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Rosters, there you can see the guild roster. If you click "Edit" you'll see that there is a section for the name of the guild. In there it was labeled "Eclipse Guild - Cairne Realm" which is not the name of the guild. I simply changed that to be "Eclipse" and saved it.
