Can someone help me some on my site, with suggestions really. i'd like to get a few tips because this is my first site, and I like what Death's Embrace did with theirs. They have the raid timer in small font and a quick links menu as well.

Also, Chops, I tried to put a background image on my site, and when I saved it, it tiled it on there. So of course, I deleted it, and tried again without tiling, long story short, and tried with various files, it NEVER changed from that original image. Is it a bug?

hehe...that bug is actually just the cache of your browser. While it's changing the file on the server, it's not necessarily changing the file on your machine. Generally speaking, just hitting "Reload" will "uncache" the background image and reload it from the server. You'll notice the same effects with the Logo, Bullet Images, and the Avatars.
