I have done a little searching but I'd like to find out if the current forum capabilities allow for creation of a thread where guildies can post anonymously.

This is not currently an option, I'm afraid.

Might I ask what it is you're trying to do with the anonymous posts?

It's all in the reflexes.
I apologize for the delay in replying. I am the GM of a "Family Friendly" guild which means that we are more careful of what we say, how we say it and whom we say it to, in general guild communication.

We have had several issues come up where guildies wanted to express themselves in a way that allowed them to clear the air and have a "filth, flarn, ding dang darn" moment regarding guild issues without having others be hurt or take it more personally than it was intended.

I have an "open door" policy when it comes to guild leadership, but this would make it easier to track issues that might bear watching.
