One of my officers was adding a link to our guild rules this morning and some how he erased the whole page is there any way to retrieve that as I do not remember everything that was on it.

Oh good. I had started the backup recovery process for you (it's a bit of a slow process to restore stuff from backups piecemeal), so I'm glad you found it.
