How bout having a designated section for the guild charter/guild rules. I have a guild charter i would like every one to read to familiarize them selves with the guild rules think it would be nice to have a designated place for it...

You definitely can add a guild charter to your site. Head to Admin > Menus > Menu Administration, then click "Add New Item to this Menu".

At the bottom, you can paste your Guild charter.

When you access that page, you can also choose to make it required reading.
