Description: In events, i see its possible to auto-populate the signups with a specific roster. Is it possible to selectivly choose who from each roster is signed up? For example, i have everyone set by role which is done manually. Is there away to exclude 1 or 2 people form being signed up? (In my situation, we have 2 or 3 backup people who aren't always there who we don't rely on. We ask them to specifically signup when they can come. If this isn't available perhaps it could be added. Maybe a simple checkbox next to each name that says "Signup." The boxes are auto-checked, and if we dont' want a certain person signed up we can uncheck the box.

The "removal" bug is a bug indeed, and something that shouldn't be happening. I'm looking into it now. As for excluding members from the signups, that functionality is not available right now. I would recommend making a new roster to serve as the functional signup list, which would exclude those 2-3 irregular members. [You must be logged in to reply]
