I've been reading through a lot of the Vent tickets and can't seem to find my particular problem.

Yesterday our kinship changed Vent servers, so I put in the new info, and now it is showing how many people are on, but no names, just a series of XXXXXXX.

I tried to look for this elusive Custom Menus option that has been mentioned in the forums but I don't seem to have that option in my admin. Please help?

Well I finally found a post like mine, and we got it sorted out. The Vent Admin just had to check that box to allow the remote updates. Love the forum, lots of handy info :)

Awesome! Glad you were able to find the solution to the problem The whole XXXXXXXXX thing is a semi-common problem, but having an easy solution to it is very convenient.
