When I click on the RAID Sign up link, it shows me a summary of who signed up for a RAID, but doesn't give me the option to sign up. I tried relogging in to make sure it wasn't a cookie issue.

I went to the page used to configure the sign-up options. When I clicked the test link it gave a java script error as well.
