We are starting to run 2 Kara groups and I would like to beable to choose based on approvals which group each person gets into. So I guess what I would suggest is adding the approval option of say Group 1 and Group 2 alongside Approved, Waiting List and Denied. This would help the members know where they are going.

When we have multiple groups going, we just make two entries in the calendar, and people can sign up in both (ours don't start at the same time, but they could). This also allows you to differentiate people who sign up, if you need to (for example, people who can stay later vs people who have to leave early).

Yeah I thought about doing two entries but the fewer runs people have to signup for to get one spot the happier they are. And as all of us know you want to provide the guildies with the fewest things to complain about.
