Each time I upload new layout file and test it, it never shows the changes. If I right click the "Current File" and open it in a new tab... there's the changes! I click "Go Live" and it still doesn't show up.

I'm attaching the file, not sure why I can't get this to go live.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. 2 days, no sleep. I'm sure I missed something.
