Hey guys, I have a lil problem I keep running into that I'm sure there's probably an easier way to approach. We use attendance tracking for our guild's ranking and basically after 6 raids someone is eligible for promotion upward.

The problem I'm running into is sometimes characters are entered into the website before their actual start date and it ends up looking like they've missed some raids because of it. For instance, Rogue1 joins on Monday (creates his account and character, etc...), but doesn't raid with us until Wednesday. This now shows up in our Attendance logs as him missing 2 raids, but I don't know how to correct it to the right date.

Hopefully that makes sense, but if anyone has an idea how to make corrections like this, please let me know. Also, we have some absences that are "excused" (like people that have to miss raids due to business trips, etc...) and we're trying to figure out a way to not have those days count against them in the Attendance screen as well.

The attendance should only ever count starting with the first time they raid.

Can I see an example character on which this behavior is showing?
