Instant Messaging links have been added to the profiles.

AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, and MSN messengers are all supported. You'll see the respective links appearing there.

I've also added a link similar to a PM link on all profiles as well. If you click the little "chat bubble" (the same icon as that used for Private threads on the forums), it'll open a window for a private thread only for the selected member.
