When we make the customized fields, how do we place them in the roster listing...

i have created a custom "Custom Fields - Account" where the member chooses YES in a drop down box stating that they have read the Guild Rules, i would this to show up as a column in the Guild Roster, but have no clue as to how to do this... Please Advice
