Hi we're having a slight issue. Our guild moved servers but on the roster the characters are still showing up as the old server. When you click into the individual character it says the right server?
So the roster shows the wrong server but individually its the correct one. How can this be fixed?
Head to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Rosters, and edit the Guild roster there, changing the server to the new one. If the new one isn't showing there, head to Admin > Games > Games and click [Servers] to change the eligible servers from the list (though it sounds like you have that set already).
