So i am new to this but have started encountering an issue i havent had before. It used to be if i imported my EQ2 roster, made the changes/updates then these would be reflected after submitting the changes. Now, when i hit the submit button it either does nothing, or i receive the attached screenshot.


Please help, i have had lots of changes over the last couple of weeks and none of the roster changes are being displayed. I appreciate your help.

Changes dont seem to be.....changing. Updates are not reflected. Error msg sometimes appears, but even when i get the successful process completed, the rosters dont seem to be changing.
