Hey chops/administrator, could you do us a favor and copy our items/spent dkp from our default dkpsystem to our dkpsystem called "decay"?

Done.
Though you don't really need to copy everything if you want to test out decay. Simply enable it and give the system a few minutes to recalc the numbers, and if you don't like it, you can undo the decay, and it'll undo the changes.
