I made a custom menu titled Recruiting the following. It isnt showing up

Did you add it to your layout file?

Nope, used your admin option

Well, because you're using Advanced Layout, you'll need to explicitly tell the layout where you want the menu to show up, so make sure you add it to the Layout file.
