Nevermind, I think I know what it was.

One of the problems with the WoW interface is that it takes a while for the guild list to load. I'm guessing you just logged in and typed /grss guild, and logged off right away, right?

If that's the case, the message will have said "0 guild members recorded"

Give it a few seconds, and type it again and see what happens. Then go ahead and upload it again.
