Could you make it an option to allow either one faction or the other for recruiting? Currently there is no option, so both horde and alliance can app to the same guild. :)

If you go to Admin > General > Races, you can delete the races that aren't in your faction. This should make it pretty obvious to recruits which faction your guild is in.
