If you look at no-shows here senbonzâkura shows as a no-show.

But if you look at the related event (not sure how to link that directly) you see Senbonzâkura is in the raid for all encounters.

For some reason or another, you've got two "Senbonzakura" characters on your site. Merge the two together, and that should take care of that problem.
