I have a few people that run with us that are not in the guild, i have selected the <Not in Guild> Option, although everytime i update my roster they keep showing up in the
Characters not in the snapshot part of the upload process. why is this, shouldn't they not show here any more once one of the options are selected with the exception of <Nothing?>...

Actually I think each time you import the roster they will show up. Think about the reason you are importing a roster. You are doing it to update or clean up your roster. Therefore the characters that show up that are not in the upload will fall out somewhere. I thought they used to fall into a special section titled Not In Guild but I haven't done this for a long time so I could be remembering it incorrectly.
