Sorry for the Nub Question, How do I get the Guild Bank to up date itself?

Is it done through the DKP profiler?

I have been playing with and can't seem to get the DKP profiler to up date our guild bank.

i created a bank toon, set it to "Guild bank Character" but its still not updating

I know its somethings i have missed just looking to be pointed in the right direction
