hey Chops... I'm an Officer in the guild Legion (Legion.dkpsystem.com) and I am responsible for maintaining our website.

Some members have mentioned to me that they can't see applications. I have applications set up as private with Member rank or above required to view them, but some members cannot see the apps.

When I look at completed apps they have a list of members authorized to view it as a private thread, but it's a very small list. How do I get it to allow all members or above to see the apps? or how do I modify the private tag list?

The way the "Private" application works is to limit access to the thread to only the original list who had access at the time of the application.

So for future applications, those users who currently have the appropriate rank will see the apps accordingly, but beyond editing the private thread access list, there's no way to change the past apps.

The alternative, if you want everyone from the appropriate rank to make the applications "non-private", which will still limit access based on the minimum rank set for the applications, but everyone of that rank will be able to see all applications regardless of when they were submitted.
