I was wondering if it was possible to create a "mylogo.swf" flash file for the logo?. If so how would I go about editing the main page to do this? No problem creating the file and entering the correct coding just need to know how to access the page to be able to do this.

Check out "Advanced Layout Options"

It will require a bit of HTML knowledge, but that's currently the only mechanism to get a flash logo out there.
