My members are saying they cannot reply in the forums? Is this an admin setting i have to set? I cant seem to find it.
Only 2 things I can think of. Users get logged out and don't realize. Some forums are then readable but not postable.
Under the
Admin >> Thread Tags option each tag has different settings for who can Read, who can Post, and who can Moderate. It is possible that people who can't post are of a rank where they can read a thread tag but can't post in that category which means they likely can't respond either.
